Now I'm Completely Different
Season 1 · Episode 2 - 3:43
How to introduce this clip
"One of the few details about Mary Magdalene that we find in the Bible is that Jesus drove out seven demons from within her—a moment that is shown at the very end of the first episode of Season 1 of The Chosen. In the second episode of Season 1, the show's creators imagine a moment in which Mary is visited by Nicodemus, a Pharisee who had visited her once before to try to heal her—but was unsuccessful. He wants to see if she’s really been healed at all, and if so, how. This is the conversation that unfolds between the two of them…"
*If your church does not know about The Chosen, before you show the scene, you might also want to tell them the following: “The Chosen is a television show that tells the story of Jesus through the eyes of the people who knew him.”
