The Woman at the Well
Season 1 · Episode 8 - 7:25
How to introduce this clip
“One of the most popular moments from the first season of The Chosen is its very last moment—a moment that tells one of the most popular stories from the Gospel of John. We’re going to watch it together, but let me explain what has happened right before this clip: Jesus and his disciples are traveling, and they realize they have run out of food. So, Jesus sends everyone away to purchase what is needed, and before they go, he points to a well in the distance and says, “Meet me there when you come back.” And this is what happens next…”
*If your church does not know about The Chosen, before you show the clip, you might also want to tell them the following: “The Chosen is a television show that tells the story of Jesus through the eyes of the people who knew him.”
